Terms of Service
Last updated: June 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of Bookin'Meet. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Bookin'Meet mirrors private busy blocks across your connected calendars and provides booking links that read your availability. Calendar sync is best-effort and depends on third-party calendar providers.
Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
- You must have the right to connect any calendar you add.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users’ data.
Plans & billing
- Free includes up to 3 calendars and 1 booking link.
- Pro ($12/month) and the Founding member rate ($29/year, limited to the first 100 sign-ups) unlock 20 calendars, unlimited links, faster sync, and naming rules. The founding rate stays $29/year for as long as your subscription remains active.
- Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; paid access continues through the end of the current period.
- We may change prices with notice; the founding rate is honored while your subscription stays active.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something went wrong, contact us and we’ll make it right where we can.
Third-party services
The service relies on Google and Stripe; your use of those is also subject to their terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Sync is best-effort — always verify important meetings on your actual calendars. We’re not responsible for missed or double bookings, or for outages of third-party providers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookin'Meet won’t be liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if greater than amounts paid).
Termination
You can stop using the service and cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice.
